Buddha taught that real healing begins with the mind. Relying upon Medicine Buddha, a qualified spiritual doctor will give us the guidance to overcome our pain and suffering and teach us how to help others do the same.

Medicine Buddha - Empowerment and Teachings

Delusions, such as anger, attachment, and ignorance, are our real enemies. Through receiving the powerful blessings of Medicine Buddha we can learn to recognize, reduce, and finally abandon our self-grasping ignorance, the source of all our problems and suffering. In this way, we can heal our body and mind from inside out. With this wisdom, we can then become a source of guidance and healing for others.

Gen Jampa will grant the blessing empowerment of Medicine Buddha and then give teachings on how we can engage in this special practice of healing our mind and benefiting others.

Teaching with Prayers for World Peace

Every Sunday at KMC Washington people gather to listen to Buddha's timeless wisdom teachings and make prayers for world peace. During the Celebration, Gen Jampa will teach a special Sunday class on how to make a difference in this world. Families are welcome – a kids class will be offered at the same time downstairs.
